Show Notes

In this episode of  Nonprofit Spotlight, Stephanie Engs talks with Renee Kargleder, the founder and Executive Director of the Resilience Project. The Resilience Project is a dynamic research-based nonprofit dedicated to care and servicing of Survivors of Sexual Violence and Sexual Assault (SV/SA). The Resilience Project uses evidence-based approaches in the disciplines of art, music, and garden therapy to cultivate healing in those impacted by RTS (Rape Trauma Syndrome) and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).

Their Programs range from care navigation to community art installations (Murals) and Scholarship programs.

All of their services are at no cost to the participant, we do not charge for use of art supplies or for participation in our events. We rely heavily on donors for us to execute our programs and services.
