In this episode of Nonprofit Spotlight, Stephanie Engs talks with Matthew Nelson, the Executive Director of the Arizona Trail Association. The Arizona National Scenic Trail is a complete non-motorized path from Mexico to Utah, stretching 800 diverse miles across Arizona to link deserts, mountains, canyons, forests, history, communities and diverse peoples. Matthew and Stephanie discuss KXCI and the Arizona Trail Association's involvement with Epic Rides 24 Hours in the Old Pueblo mountain bike ride. As well as some of the Arizona Trail Associations' outreach programs such as their Seeds of Stewardship program.
